    Ricetta dolce di Halloween

    DOLCE DELLA STREGA

    Ingredienti
    - 500 grammi di cachi
    - 200 grammi di zucchero
    - 1 limone
    - 4 fogli di colla di pesce
    - 3/4 di panna

    Preparazione
    Prendere i 4 fogli di colla di pesce e metterli a bagno nell'acqua.
    Tagliare i cachi a metà e svuotarne la polpa con un cucchiaio: frullarli ed aggiungere lo zucchero, il succo di un limone, la scorza grattugiata del limone e far cuocere il tutto per qualche minuto. Togliere dal fuoco e lasciar raffreddare.
    Intanto mettere i fogli di colla di pesce in un pentolino con pochissima acqua, farli sciogliere ed aggiungerli al composto di cachi.
    Incorporare la panna montata: inumidire uno stampo (o più stampini piccoli) e versare il composto. Mettere in frigo per almeno 3 ore.
    Al momento di servire il doce immergete lo stampo (o gli stampini) in acqua bollente.
