    Spaghetti con fiori di zucca e gamberetti

    • Ingredienti: aglio, peperoncino, gamberetti, fiori di zucca (o zucchine), pecorino dolce e fresco .
    • Preparazione :
    • Soffriggo aglio e peperoncino nell'olio e poi li tolgo. Aggiungo gamberetti crudi tagliati a pezzettini e faccio cuocere poco. Dopo avere cotto i gamberetti prendo i fiori di zucca - se non li hai, prendi 2 o 3 zucchine (meglio se romanesche che sono quelle che sono un po' spigolose), li lavo, li taglio a pezzettini piccoli tipo prezzemolo tritato (solo che leggermente più grande) e li aggiungo al soffritto (calcola che per 4 persone ci vogliono circa 6 fiori). Faccio cuocere poco.
    • Cuocio gli spaghetti, li scolo, li metto nella padella del soffritto e faccio mantecare. Sopra, proprio alla fine, ci aggiungo il pecorino dolce  grattugiato. Piace molto a tutti, compresi i bambini !!!
